The tour around this special natural reserve starts from a point that is 300 meters above the sea level, being an amazing natural balcony that gets better with every step closer to the top you give.

The entire trip (if you complete it) lasts approximately 3 hours or a 3250 meters length, with a low-medium difficulty due the easy and rocky path it has. This makes barranco del infierno one of the best things to do in Tenerife.

As you move forward, you’ll be going through different sections enabled as viewpoints and also you will be walking next to the ravine channel, which walls appear to close over the walker (don’t worry, it’s just an optical illusion).

If you want to have access to this natural reserve, is first needed a reservation. It can be done from barranco’s del infierno official webpage and is mandatory if you really want to go through the path.

NOTE: For canarian residents is mandatory to present documentation on the entrance. Also, entrance for kids below 5 years is not allowed.

In term for prices, adults pay 8 Euros per person and kids (between 5 and 12) 4 Euros.
